金属纳米颗粒与腔光力学系统耦合所引起的光学特性研究

摘要
本文提出了一个由高品质光学腔,机械振子和金属纳米颗粒组成的腔光力学系统。一束强的泵浦光和一束弱的探测光同时作用于该系统。数值分析结果表明:在泵浦光的驱动条件下,系统对探测光的透射谱上会出现光力学诱导透明现象。该透明窗口的宽度由金属纳米颗粒和光腔之间的耦合强度决定。随着金属纳米颗粒和光腔之间的耦合强度的增强,该透明窗口会变窄,探测光的群延迟时间也会增大。我们分析了这些光学性质的变化原因,并给出了物理解释。
Abstract
An optomechanical system which consists of a high-quality optical cavity,a mechanical oscillator and metal nanoparticles are proposed in this paper.A strong pump field and a weak signal field simultaneously interact with the system.The numerical results shows that under the driving conditions of the pump field,the system will exhibit optomechanically induced transparency on the probe transmission spectrum.The width of the transparent window is determined by the coupling strength between the metal nanoparticles and the optical cavity.As the coupling strength is increased,the transparent window is narrowed,and the group delay time of the probe field is also increased.We analyze the causes of these changes of the optical properties and provide a physical explanation.
