激光焊接过程质量评价研究综述
Review on Quality Evaluation of Laser Welding Process
摘要
现代激光焊接加工工艺具有焊接速度快、焊缝强度高等优点, 但伴随而来的各种缺陷也成为限制激光焊接进一步提高的“瓶颈”。通过综述焊缝缺陷的形成机理介绍了焊接过程中物理现象、采集信号与焊接质量之间的关系, 随后综述了不同传感技术的研究现状及发展趋势, 分析了其各自的特点。最后, 明晰了激光焊接过程质量评价方面需要进一步研究的内容。
Abstract
Modern laser welding technology has the advantages of fast welding speed, high weld strength and so on. By summarizing the formation mechanism of weld defects, this paper expounds the relationship between physical phenomena, acquisition signals and welding quality in the welding process, then summarizes the research status and development trend of different sensing technologies, and analyzes their respective characteristics. Finally, the content of quality evaluation of laser welding process that needs further study is clarified.
