摘要
正交频分复用(OFDM)技术可以提高可见光通信系统的通信速率, 抑制码间串扰, 但是也会产生较高的峰值平均功率比(PAPR), 导致非线性失真, 为了解决该问题, 研究学者们采用PAPR抑制技术来降低OFDM信号的高PAPR。总结了近年来可见光通信系统中的PAPR抑制技术的研究进展, 从原理上将它们分为3类: 基于信号限幅的PAPR抑制策略、基于概率选择的PAPR抑制策略和基于信号预编码的PAPR抑制策略。对这3类PAPR抑制策略的性能进行仿真分析对比, 总结出其优势和不足以及适用的场合, 并对下一步工作进行展望。
Abstract
Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) technology can improve the communication rate of visible optical communication system and suppress intersymbol interference, but it also produces high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) and non-linear distortion. In order to solve this problem, researchers have used PAPR suppression technology to reduce the high PAPR of OFDM signal. This paper summarizes the research progress of PAPR suppression technology in visible light communication system in recent years, and divides them into three categories in principle: PAPR suppression strategy based on signal limiting, PAPR suppression strategy based on probability selection and PAPR suppression strategy based on signal precoding. The performance of these three kinds of PAPR suppression strategies is simulated, analyzed and compared, their advantages and disadvantages are summarized, and the applicable occasions are discussed, and the future work is prospected.
