摘要
针对军用飞机大修效能评估中评价信息如何科学处理的问题, 提出了基于直觉模糊的军用飞机大修效能评估方法。构建了飞机大修效能评估指标体系; 基于直觉模糊数间的相似度, 引入判断矩阵相似度确定专家权重; 运用直觉模糊集加权集结算子, 集结各专家赋权信息得到指标权重; 利用线性加权法及直觉模糊法集结大修效能评估信息得到评估值。最后, 对某飞机大修效能进行评估, 验证所提方法的合理有效性, 为进一步提高飞机大修效能提供方法支撑。
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of how to deal with the evaluation information scientifically in the evaluation of military aircraft overhaul efficiency, a method of military aircraft overhaul efficiency evaluation based on intuitionistic fuzzy method is proposed, and the corresponding index system is established. Based on the similarity between intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, the judgment matrix similarity is introduced to determine the expert weight;the intuitionistic fuzzy set weight aggregation operator is used to gather the expert weighting information to get the index weight;and the linear weighting method and intuitionistic fuzzy method are used to gather the overhaul efficiency evaluation information to get the evaluation values. The overhaul efficiency of a certain aircraft is evaluated, and the rationality and effectiveness of the method are verified, which provides a method support for further improving the efficiency of aircraft overhaul.
