摘要
为了研究太赫兹波辐射对小鼠造血功能的影响,采用正交设计实验方法,选择太赫兹波的三个挡位对小鼠进行不同辐照天数和辐照时长的全身照射(辐照),检测小鼠的外周血常规、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,并取骨髓有核细胞测定有核细胞数和集落形成能力,以评估骨髓功能。研究结果显示:太赫兹波照射天数为主要影响因素;随着太赫兹波照射天数增加,红细胞、血红蛋白的含量明显增加,骨髓细胞粒单系克隆形成能力增强,脾脏指数减小。太赫兹波不仅影响造血功能,而且在生物医学的各方面都受到了广泛关注,其产生的生物效应亦有待进一步深入研究。
Abstract
To study the effect of terahertz radiation on hematopoietic function in mice, we use an orthogonal design-based experimental method to test the peripheral blood routine, thymus index, and spleen index of mice after their entire body is irradiated by terahertz waves in three gears for different times and different number of days. Nucleated bone marrow cells are enumerated to determine the number of nucleated cells and colony-formation ability, which is used to evaluate bone marrow function. Results show that the number of terahertz irradiation days is the main factor affecting hematopoietic function. As the number of irradiation days increases, the erythrocyte and hemoglobin contents are noticeably enhanced, the ability of bone marrow cell lineage clone formation is enhanced, and the spleen index decreases. Terahertz waves not only affect hematopoietic function but have also receive extensive attention in all aspects of biomedicine; their biological effects require further investigation.
