摘要
手持投影机低电压、低功耗,便于随身携带,散热设计时要考虑到人体可接触温度这一安全性因素。IEC 60065和IEC 60950安全规范标准对于人体最高可接触温度的限值规定不同,文章例举实验测试数据,分别依据这两种安全规范标准对温度测试实验结果进行判定,对手持投影机申请CE认证采用哪种安全规范标准符合声明提供建议。
Abstract
Handheld Pico-Projector is a portable product with lower power consumption. The heat dissipation is a critical design which shall take account into the temperature of accessible parts by person. The safety standard IEC 60065 specifies it as the permissible temperature rise of accessible parts, while IEC 60950 specifies it as maximum temperature limit. It is demonstrated that how to judge the temperature test result as per those two standards on one same sample test data. As well it is given the proposal for the safety compliance declaration when the handheld Pico-Project is submitted for CE approval.
