本文提出了一种LED器件质量的评定方法，将电光转换效率和光功率保持率引入表征LED器件质量的关键参数；以芯片尺寸和电流密度来规范评定LED器件质量的测试条件；为了剔除早期失效的器件，给出了筛选方法；最后，介绍了与可靠性相关的LED器件耐久性试验。

This paper puts forward an evaluation method for LED component's quality. The lighting conversion efficiency and the maintain rate of radiant intensity will be lead into the key parameters of the LED component's quality. The chip size and the current density will be used to regulate the LED component's quality. In order to eliminate the early failure component, It gives the the screening method. In the end,this paper introduces the endurance test which is related to LED component's reliability.
