本文简述成都新世纪环球中心超大面积室内LED显示屏在生产过程中关键工序的制定，从物料到成品生产环节中环境、工艺参数的设定及管控，到自动化化生产、人机结合、单元化生产以及自动测试流水线，介绍工艺标准和品质管控流程及方法在整个生产过程中的作用。通过介绍超大面积室内LED显示屏生产解决方案，为促进今后超大LED显示制造提供一个系统参考。

Introducing larger area of indoor LED display manufacturing solutions can create a system reference for future large LED display producing.
