特种日盲紫外滤光片的性能分析
Performance Analysis of Ultraviolet Filter for Solar Blind Detection
摘要
分别利用分光光度计和紫外成像系统对紫外滤光片的性能进行测试, 通过这两项测试数据来评价滤光片的整体性能。所研制的滤光片透过率峰值可在250~280 nm范围间进行调节, 峰值透过率可达到25%以上, 带宽20 nm左右。紫外成像系统正对太阳的噪点小于20个/秒, 能有效地吸收干扰光。另外测试表明研制的滤光片具有可靠性高、环境适应性强的特点, 具有良好的应用性能。
Abstract
The transmission spectrum of the ultraviolet filter was measured by using spectrophotometry and the solar blind characteristic of the filter was analyzed by the system of detecting UV images. The position of the transmittance peak could be adjusted between 250 and 280 nm, the peak transmittance could reach higher than 25% and the bandwidth is about 20 nm. The filter shows strong absorbing ability in the region between 290 nm and 1100 nm. Blocks PMT exposure to direct sunlight is fewer than 20 photons per second. The test results show that the filter has good performance in application.
