点胶工艺白光数码管的老化特性分析

摘要
利用温度应力加速寿命方法, 测试点胶工艺白光数码管在80℃和100℃下的老化特性。实验数据表明, 数码管工作一段时间后, 光通量会有约1%的增量, 究其原因可能为蓝光芯片和荧光粉性能在光电转换激励下, 性能有提升所致。在80℃老化实验环境下, 数码管红色比重增长了5.8%, 蓝光光子所占比例下降了26.1%, 说明白光数码管主峰随着老化时间的变化在向长波方向缓慢移动。最后利用Arrhenius关系预算出实验样品在常温工作下的平均寿命为18000小时。
Abstract
The aging properties of the white light digital tube under 80 ℃ and 100 ℃ were tested using the method of temperature stress accelerated life. The experimental data shows that with the white light digital tube working for a period of time, the luminous flux will increase about 1%. The reason could be the performance improvement resulting from the excavation of blue chips and fluorescent powder under photoelectric transformation. Under 80 ℃ aging environment, red photon in digital tube increased 5.8%, while blue photon declined 26.1%, showing that the white light digital tube moved to the long wave along with the change of aging time. Finally, the average life span of the experimental samples at room temperature is 18 000 hours by using the Arrhenius relationship.
