大功率激光器综合参数测试系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of a Comprehensive Parameters Test System of the High-Power Laser
摘要
为了满足在恶劣环境下工作的大功率激光器各项参数的综合测试需求,采用各种光电传感器件设计了一套综合参数测试系统,着重介绍了系统的硬件构成和功能实现方法。使用系统进行了激光平均功率、脉冲宽度和光斑能量分布的测试实验,实验结果表明,设计达到了预期效果,可完成某型装备中引偏用大功率激光器的测试任务。
Abstract
In order to satisfy the demands of a comprehensive test of the parameters of a high-power laser, a comprehensive parametric test system using a variety of photoelectric sensors is designed. The hardware structure and the implement method of functions are introduced. By using the system, the laser average power, pulse width and spot energy distribution are tested. Experimental results show that the design achieves the desired effect, and the system can complete the test task of high power laser for induced polarization in a certain type of equipment.
