温升对窄带滤光片性能的影响分析
Effect Analysis of Temperature Rising on Narrowband Filter Performance
摘要
窄带滤光片用于从复合波长的光中分离出某一窄波段的单色光, 它是光学成像系统的重要器件之一。随着光学成像技术在各个领域的发展, 窄带滤光片也在各个领域被广泛应用。文中以锗(Ge)材料窄带滤光片为例, 对温度升高对其性能产生的影响进行了分析, 并通过仿真分析和试验比对验证了分析的正确性。
Abstract
Narrowband filter is used to separate monochromatic light in complex wavelength light, which is an important device of optical imaging system. With the development of optical imaging system, narrowband filter is also widely used in various fields. Germanium (Ge) material narrowband filter is taken as an example to analyze the effect of temperature rising on the performance. And analysis is verified through simulation analysis and experiment comparison.
