摘要
采用控制变量法对5052铝合金板材进行了激光打孔实验研究, 得到了扩束比、辅助气体气压和脉冲能量等参数对激光打孔成形质量的影响规律, 并推荐了扩束比、辅助气体气压和脉冲能量等参数的合理选择范围。研究表明, 扩束比和辅助气体气压对下孔径影响较大; 脉冲能量增加, 上下孔径及锥度变大。通过合理选择扩束比, 适当选择较低的辅助气体气压、较低的脉冲能量, 可以得到孔径较小且锥度较小的微孔。
Abstract
The parameter control method was utilized to carry out the experimental investigation for the pulsed laser drilling of 5052 aluminum alloy sheets. Effect law of beam expanding, assist gas pressure, and pulse energy amount on microhole formation quality for laser drilling were achieved and the reasonable process parameter ranges were obtained. It shows that the effects of beam expanding and assist gas pressure on the exit hole diameter are obvious. The entry hole diameter, exit hole diameter and the taper angle increase with the increase of pulse energy. Microholes with small diameters and small taper angle can be drilled by choosing beam expanding appropriately, decreasing assist gas pressure and pulse energy.
