基于1,10-邻菲罗啉衍生物为受体的有机紫外光探测器性能的研究

摘要
合成了三种1,10-邻菲罗啉苯并咪唑衍生物, 即2-苯基(4-溴)-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]-邻菲罗啉(A1), 2-苯基(4-甲氧基)-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]-邻菲罗啉(A2)和2-苯基(4-甲基)-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]-邻菲罗啉(A3)。通过核磁和红外进行了结构表征, 并开展了光物理和化学特性测试。以m-MTDATA为给体, 1,10-邻菲罗啉衍生物为受体制备了有机紫外光探测器件。在光强为1.2mW/cm2的365nm紫外光照射下, 基于器件结构为ITO/m-MTDATA/m-MTDATA∶A3/A3/LiF/Al的优化器件在-10V时的最大光电流密度为89μA/cm2。根据材料性质和器件结构讨论了器件性能的变化。
Abstract
Three imidazo [4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline derivatives were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, UV, PL and AFM. The OUV-PDs were fabricated with m-MTDATA as donor and imidazo [4, 5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline derivatives as acceptor. The structures of OUV-PDs were ITO/m-MTDATA/m-MTDATA∶A1 or A2 or A3 (1∶1)/A1 or A2 or A3/LiF/Al. Under an illumination of 365nm UV light with power of 1.2mW/cm2, the maximum value of photocurrent density was 50, 69 and 89μA/cm2, respectively. The performance of OUV-PDs was discussed based on the properties of the device materials and structure.
