摘要
玫瑰扫描机制下的红外制导跟踪系统采用单元探测器,不具备直接测试绕动大小的能力,因此这类产品调试后剩余动平衡的风险较大。利用方位信息提取原理建立了扫描轨迹能量分布分析工具,对绕动不平衡条件下位标器方位信息提取误差进行了研究,确定了以光学系统坐标系为平衡基准的工艺方法。提出了分别检测与平衡两轴惯性积的策略,得到的精细化算法有助于提高平衡精度等级。
Abstract
The infrared sub-image system based on rosette scanning is sensed by a single-element infrared detector in most conditions. Either the nutation amplitude or its phase would not be measured by the detector. So the dynamic balance was uncertain. A tool of energy distribution analysis based on the theory of extraction of target’s locality information was found. Studies about locality error induced by nutation (as known as dynamic imbalance couple or product of inertia) were done. Exercise of balancing principle based on optical system axes was done. An orthogonal decomposition solution of dynamic balancing was concluded. It will be more precise and efficient than most exercises executed today and will help improve the dynamic balancing level of rosette scanning coordinator.
