摘要
随着高速交换系统的发展,相干光OFDM(正交频分复用)信号逐渐被应用到AOWC(全光网交换)系统中。仿真实现了在SOA(半导体光放大器)中基于平行双泵浦结构的高速偏振复用OFDM信号的AOWC。从激光相位噪声及SOA注射电流方面对影响系统转换效率的因素进行了分析。仿真结果表明, 当光信噪比为18 dBm时, 转换光的误码率为1.3×10-4, 实现了224 Gbit/s相干光OFDM转换光信号的无串扰接收。
Abstract
With the development of high speed switching system, coherent Orthogonal-Frequency-Division-Multiplexing (OFDM) signal has been applied to All Optical Wavelength Conversion (AOWC) system. The AOWC of high speed polarization multiplexing OFDM signal based on parallel dual-pump is realized in Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA). The factors that affect the wavelength conversion efficiency are analyzed theoretically in terms of the laser phase noise and the SOA injection current. When the Optical Signal to Noise Ratio (OSNR) is 18 dBm, the Bit Error Rate (BER) of the converted signal is 1.3×10-4. The 224 Gbit/s coherent OFDM converted signal can be achieved without crosstalk.
