纳秒激光焊接紫铜与不锈钢工艺研究

摘要
采用纳秒红外激光器对超薄铜片/不锈钢异种材料进行焊接工艺研究。通过对激光功率、脉冲宽度、焊接速度三因素进行正交试验。结果表明, 直径为1 mm的焊点最大剪切力可达18.7 N, 参数为功率80 W, 脉冲宽度100 ns, 焊接速度60 mm/s。通过对焊点切片分析可知, 焊接区域由多条焊缝组成, 熔深一致性较好, 上层紫铜材料嵌入下层不锈钢内部, 下层不锈钢材料部分嵌入上层铜内部, 形成“铆接”结构, 增加了焊缝接头强度。
Abstract
Utilized nanosecond infrared (ns IR laser) laser was used to research the welding process of copper and stainless steel. Throught the orthogonal experment of laser power, pulse duration, welding speed, the spot strength reached to 18.7 N,when the laser power was 80 W,the pulse duration was 100 ns, welding speed was 60 mm/s. The morphology of the cross section showed that the weld joint was comprise by multiterm welds, each of the penetration was consistent. The intermetallic compounds were absent in the welded joints, and the upper copper implant to the substrate of stainless steel, which of that form interdigitation structure, increased the strength of the welded joints.
