低压下飞秒激光诱导Cu等离子体的诊断及空间分布实验研究

摘要
本文分别利用Gauss、Lorentz和Voigt函数对10 Pa背景气压下飞秒激光诱导Cu等离子体光谱进行了拟合分析,结果表明,光谱在150 ns内与Lorentz线型符合较好,200 ns后与Gauss线型符合较好, Voigt线型与实验谱线一直符合较好。本文还对等离子体的电子密度和温度进行了诊断,并给出了它们随时间的演化;由发射光谱强度的时空演化,推知了等离子体的空间分布;利用时间飞行谱(TOF)得出了等离子体初期沿垂直靶面的膨胀速度。
Abstract
The spectral lines are fitted by Gauss, Lorentz and Voigt functions under the background pressure of 10 Pa. The line shapes are in good agreement with Lorentz profile within 150 ns, and are in good agreement with Gauss profile after 200 ns. It’s clear that the line shapes accord with the Voigt function all the time. The electron density and temperature are determined and their variations with time delay are also analyzed. Temporal and spatial evolutions of emission spectra are investigated. The expansion velocities of the plasma at different moments are derived from the time of flight (TOF) curves.
