反射式光电法纱线检测中信号影响因素分析

摘要
现今纺织业中机器纺织速度越来越快, 传统的人眼识别速度已经不能满足纱线缺陷在线检测的需求, 因而在纺织业中推进自动化检测变得尤为重要。针对纱线自动化在线检测中纱线疵点信号判别的需要, 利用反射式光电检测原理通过搭建检测结构对纱线表面疵点进行采样并对采样样本特征进行分析。通过分析采样样本中疵点不同轴向尺寸、径向尺寸及灰度差异特征对输出产生的影响, 为纱线疵点在线检测信号判断提供依据。经分析发现疵点轴向尺寸与采样样本响应时间呈线性关系, 疵点径向尺寸及灰度差异与采样样本响应电压峰值呈线性关系。
Abstract
In the textile industry, the speed of the machine is becoming faster.Traditional human eye recognition does no longer satisfy the speed of the yarn defect detection, and automated testing becomes more important.It needs to automate the detection of yarn defect signal.With the reflection type photoelectric detection principle, a structure for yarn surface defect detection is built, the defects are sampled, and sample characteristics are analyzed.By analyzing the effects of the axial dimension, radial dimension and gray difference of the defect on the output, it provides a basis for yarn defect signal judging.The analysis shows that the axial size of the defect and the sample response time has linear relationship.The radial size and gray scale difference have linear relationships with the peak voltage.
