V形凹面青铜金刚石砂轮脉冲激光修整试验研究

摘要
针对青铜金刚石砂轮V形凹面修整困难的问题, 利用光纤激光切向整形法, 得到修整青铜金刚石砂轮V形凹面新的技术方法。在分析激光切向整形作用机理的基础上, 确定关键激光工艺参数。采用超景深三维显微镜检测磨削后的石墨板, 间接采集V形凹面砂轮的特征。研究不同激光工艺参数对V形凹面修整效率的影响规律, 及不同重叠率对青铜金刚石砂轮V形凹面的几何特征参数的影响规律。研究结果表明, 激光平均功率与激光光斑重叠率对修整效率影响较大, 近似呈正比例关系; 合适的重叠率有利于减小形状误差PV值(最小形状误差PV值为36 μm); 相比激光扫描轨迹线重叠率, 激光光斑重叠率对修整后成形角度和V形凹面尖角半径值影响更大, 激光光斑重叠率越大, 成形角度与V形凹面尖角半径值越大; 修整后砂轮形状误差均可控制在5%以内, 初步验证了脉冲激光切向修整V形凹面青铜金刚石砂轮的可行性。
Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty of V-shaped concave grinding with bronze-diamond grinding wheel, a new technique of trimming the V-shaped concave surfaces of bronze-diamond grinding wheel is obtained, based on fiber laser tangential shaping method. On the foundation of the analysis of the laser tangential shaping mechanism, the key laser processing parameters are determined. The ultra-deep 3D microscope is used to detect the graphite plate after grinding, and the characteristics of V-shaped concave grinding wheel are acquired indirectly. The influence principles of different laser parameters on the efficiency of V-shaped concave surfaces trimming are explored, as well as the influence of different overlap ratio rate on the geometric characteristic parameters of V-shaped concave surfaces of bronze-diamond grinding wheel. The results show that the average laser power and the laser spot overlap ratio influence the dressing efficiency significantly, approximately in proportional relationship; besides, it is found that the appropriate overlap ratio is beneficial for the reduction of the form error PV (the minimum form error PV is 36 μm). Compared with laser track line overlap ratio, the laser spot overlap ratio has a greater influence on the forming angle and the radius of curvature of the V-shaped concave surfaces. The larger the laser spot overlap ratio is, the larger the forming angle and the V-shape radius will be. The grinding wheel form error can be controlled within 5% after trimming, which preliminarily verifies the feasibility in the aspect of pulsed laser tangential trimming of V-shaped concave bronze-diamond grinding wheel.
