一种光学投影测量仿真方法

摘要
提出一种新的光栅条纹投影轮廓术仿真系统,该系统通过坐标系平移、转换以及运用相似三角形等方法,使仿真系统不再要求投影仪光轴和照相机光轴相交于一点。克服了投影仪和照相机之间的位置约束,该系统能对更复杂的测量系统进行仿真和算法研究。不同系统参数下的仿真结果表明,该系统可以实现光轴无交点情况下的仿真,得出的阴影区域符合实际情况。
Abstract
Previously,the algorithm for grating projection simulation is limited by the condition that the optical axes of camera and projector must have an intersection point.We put forward a new algorithm that is based on the translation and transformation of coordinate systems and the use of similar triangles.The algorithm does not need the same intersection point of the optical axes.The system overcomes the position constraint of the projector and the camera,and it can carry out simulation and algorithm study of more complex measurement systems.The simulation results with different system settings show that the system can realize simulation for the condition without an intersection point,and the obtained shadow is consistent with actual situation.
