摘要
为保证船用光电设备的安全可靠运行,针对船用光电指向器存在的气密问题,利用红外成像手段和CO2气体对红外线较为敏感的特性,研究了一种气密检测方法。该方法采用帧间差分和局部熵差相结合的算法对泄漏处进行检测和定位,从而能够高效、准确地发现船用光电指向器的气密缺陷,起到维护设备稳定工作的重要作用。
Abstract
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of marine photoelectric equipment, and aiming at the air tightness problem of marine photoelectric director, an air tightness detection method is proposed by using the infrared imaging and the characteristics of CO2 gas sensitive to infrared radiation. This method combines difference between frames and local entropy difference to detect and locate the leak, which can effectively and accurately find the airtight defects of the marine optoelectronic equipment and play an important role in maintaining the stable operation of the equipment.
