摘要
在激光通信、量子光学等领域,获得低相位噪声的相干激光是实现高信噪比信号探测的前提,光学锁相环是获得相干光的有效方式,环路的相位噪声水平直接制约着相干光相位噪声水平。为了降低相干激光相位噪声,从光学锁相环环路的基本模型出发,推导了锁相环的传递函数以及环路方程,分析了锁相环路不同频段的相位噪声来源和其对环路噪声的影响,最后通过激光锁相实验对前面的理论分析进行了简单的验证和分析。对低相噪锁相环路设计具有指导意义。
Abstract
In the field of laser communication and quantum optics, the coherent laser with low phase noise is the prerequisite for high signal-to-noise ratio detection. The optical phase-locked loop is an effective way to obtain phase coherent laser. The phase noise level of the loop directly restricts the phase noise of the coherent laser . In order to reduce phase noise of the coherent laser, the transfer function and the loop equation of the phase-locked loop are deduced from the model of the optical phase-locked loop. The phase noise of the phase-locked loop and its effects on the loop noise are analyzed. The theoretical analysis is simply verified by optical phase-locked loop experiment. The test results have guiding significance for low phase noise phase-locked loop design.
