摘要
通过分析岛礁防卫对岸基监控的迫切需求,强调研发光电与雷达复合监控设备的必要性。综述国内外研究现状,归纳出复合监控设备的两种技术体制。通过对比发现将红外周扫成像与导航雷达相结合,更能满足岛礁警戒的实际使用要求。阐述了这种结合方式的特点、关键技术及解决途径,指出了岸基智能警戒技术的未来发展方向。
Abstract
By analyzing urgent demands of electro-optical and radar compound surveillance for island defense, the necessity of developing electro-optical and radar compound surveillance equipment is emphasized in this paper. By overviewing the domestic and foreign research status, two technique forms of compound surveillance equipments are concluded. In comparison, the combination of infrared scanning imaging and navigation radar is more suitable for actual usage requirement. The features and the key techniques of this combination, and the corresponding solutions is elaborated. The development direction of intelligent coast-based surveillance in future is also pointed out.
