超声振动对激光重熔修复金属拉伸性能的影响

摘要
将超声振动实时施加到激光重熔修复金属材料过程, 通过力学性能测试与断口分析研究超声振动对激光重熔修复工艺的影响。结果表明, 超声振动增加了激光重熔试样的抗拉强度, 强度最高恢复至母材强度的83%, 在所选振动功率范围内, 振动功率越高, 试样强度越好。重熔试样的断裂为源于重熔区域的脆性断裂, 断口呈明显的沿晶断裂特征; 超声振动使试样重熔区断口由沿晶断裂向穿晶断裂转变, 重熔区域断口表现比较均匀。
Abstract
The ultrasonic vibration was applied to the laser remelting repair metal material in real time. Through mechanical property test and fracture analysis, the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the laser remelting process was studied. The results showed that the ultrasonic vibration increased the tensile strength of the laser remelting specimen, and the maximum strength was restored to 83% of the strength of the base metal. In the selected vibration power range, the higher the vibration power, the better the specimen strength. The fracture of the remelting specimen has brittle intergranular characteristic due to the remelting zone. The ultrasonic vibration made the fracture of the remelting zone of the specimen change from intergranular fracture to transcrystalline fracture, and the fracture of the remelting zone was relatively uniform.
