摘要
随着数字化红外焦平面探测器的发展,为满足红外数字化红外焦平面探测器光谱响应测试的需求,利用传统的单色分光仪原理,借助LabVIEW 开发软件,采用Cameralink 总线图像数据传输方案,研制了数字化红外焦平面探测器光谱响应曲线的测试系统。研究结果表明,本系统具有结构简单、抗干扰能力强、测试准确可靠的优点,解决了传统光谱测试设备不能对数字化红外焦平面探测器进行测试的问题。
Abstract
With the development of digitalization infrared detectors, in order to satisfy the need of spectral response test, the traditional theory of a monochrome-instrument was adopted for the Cameralink bus image data transmission scheme. This principle was then used to develop a spectral response curves test system for digitalization infrared detectors with the help of LabVIEW. Results showed that the advantages of the system were a simple structure with a strong capacity of resisting disturbance and enabling a precise test. This solved the problem of traditional spectral measurement instruments being unable to test infrared detector digitalization.
