摘要
通过采用可调谐激光器作为输入光源, 提出一种基于碲基光纤的可调谐拉曼波长转换器, 其改善了普通波长转换器若想实现一段带宽范围内的波长转换需要多个连续探测激光器的缺陷。基于受激拉曼散射效应建立理论模型, 通过理论模型计算可调谐范围, 并对其进行仿真验证,同时分析了可调谐范围的影响因素。结果表明, 所设计的波长转换器可达到73 nm的可调谐范围, 通过仿真得出的可调谐范围与理论分析基本一致, 证明了此方案的可行性。
Abstract
By using tunable laser as the input light source, a tunable Raman wavelength converter based on tellurium-based fiber was proposed, which overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary wavelength converters that require a plurality of continuous detection lasers to achieve a range of wavelength conversion. Based on the stimulated Raman scattering, a theoretical model was established, the tunable range was calculated by theoretical model and verified by simulation, and also the influence factors of tunable range were analyzed. The results show that the designed wavelength converter can reach the tunable range of 73 nm, and the tunable range obtained by simulation is consistent with the theoretical analysis, which proves the feasibility of the scheme.
