摘要
利用激光鼠标的自混合干涉测量物体的低频振动, 在实际的测量中还原出振动波形, 节省了硬件成本, 降低了测量系统的复杂程度。使用高精度的商用测振仪来标定测量结果, 验证了实验装置的性能。实验结果表明, 可以正确还原出低频振动, 并且分析了可能出现误差的一些原因。
Abstract
A laser mouse is modified to be a low-cost laser self-mixing Doppler interferometer to perform vibration measurement. The vibration waveform can be retrieved with a simple program, which reduces the cost of hardware and complexity of the measurement system.High-precision commercial vibrometer is included in the vibration measurement to evaluate the performance of the interferometer during the experiment. The experimental results show that the waveform can be retrieved correctly at low frequency, and some possible causes of these errors are analyzed.
