条纹管偏转系统激光焊接工艺研究

摘要
采用激光焊接技术进行了条纹管偏转接头与不锈钢金属管壳的对焊拼接。研究了焊接能量、离焦量和保护气体等参数对焊接质量的影响。通过焊接气密性的检验和焊接面形貌的分析, 优化了激光焊接工艺参数。结果表明, 在最优参数下, 条纹管偏转系统符合真空器件气密性的要求。此外, 整管表现出较高的可靠性。
Abstract
Laser spot welding was carried out between the deflection connector and the stainless shell in the streak tube. The influence of the welding parameters, such as welding energy, defocusing amount and protective atmosphere were investigated. The welding parameters were optimized by the gas-tightness test and morphological analysis. The experimental results show that the deflection system of the streak tube meets the gas-tightness requirements of vacuum devices. Moreover, the streak tube shows high reliabilities.
