基于有限元法的主镜轻量化结构设计及性能分析

摘要
分析各种形式的大口径轻量化主镜方案, 确定了主镜六边形轻量化孔及结构设计, 从理论上确定了轻量化的结构参数, 主镜的轻量化率为90.3%。采用有限元方法分析轻量化主镜的自重变形以及热变形的情况;根据主镜的云图进行分析, 通过分析镜面应力变形从而确定最佳的轻量化结构参数。研究有利于控制镜面变形, 可以作为轻量化设计参考。
Abstract
Through the analysis of various forms of large-caliber lightweight primary mirror program, the primary mirror hexagonal lightweight hole, as well as the lightweight structural parameters, was theoretically determined, in which the primary mirror of the lightweight rate was 90.3%. The finite element method was used to analyze the gravity deformation and thermal deformation of the primary mirror. According to the analysis of the mirror image of the primary mirror, the optimal light weight structure parameters were determined by analyzing the stress deformation of the mirror. The study is conducive to control the mirror deformation, and could be used as a reference in lightweight design.
