铜钢异种合金激光对接焊工艺研究

摘要
采用光纤激光对2 mm厚T2紫铜板和SUS304不锈钢板进行焊接, 研究了激光偏角、离焦量以及焊接速度对焊缝成形的影响规律。结果表明, 激光偏角为正,离焦量为正以及合适的焊接速度下可以获得焊缝成形良好的接头。研究还发现, 在熔池的流动搅拌作用下, Fe元素呈杂乱状卷入焊缝中, 弥散分布或聚集呈块状或条状分布在焊缝中, 铜和钢导热系数的巨大差异导致焊缝两侧的成形过程不同。
Abstract
Dissimilar alloy of T2 copper plate and SUS304 stainless plate of 2 mm thick were welded using the fiber laser welding technology. Influences of the laser angle, defocus amount and welding speed on formations on welded joints were studied in details. The results showed that welded joints with good appearances and performances could be obtained with optimized parameters of positive laser angle, positive defocus amount and suitable welding speed. The results also revealed that the distribution of the Fe element was disordered within the weld owing to the flow of molten pool. Moreover, the Fe element also gathered in form of block or strip. The great difference between thermal conductivity of copper and steel resulted in different forming processes on both sides of the weld.
