摘要
考察了不同清洗速度下激光清洗钛合金积碳表面的形貌、元素组成以及相对含量的变化。结果发现: 清洗速度对激光清洗钛合金积碳表面的形貌以及所含的C元素相对含量有很大影响。清洗速度为3.0 cm2/s时, 钛合金表面会出现明显的激光光斑痕迹, 表面出现烧伤现象; 清洗速度为7.0 cm2/s时, 激光清洗表面所含C元素的相对含量为0 Wt%, 激光清洗效果最好。
Abstract
The morphology, element composition and relative content of the carbon deposition surface of titanium alloy of laser cleaning are investigated at different cleaning speeds. The results show that the cleaning speed had a great influence on the morphology of the carbon deposition surface of titanium alloy and the relative content of the C element. When the cleaning speed is 3.0 cm2/s, the surface of the titanium alloy will appear obvious laser spot traces, the surface is burned. When the cleaning speed is 7.0 cm2/s, the relative content of the element C in the laser cleaning surface is 0 Wt%, the effect of laser cleaning is best.
