摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法合成了CaY1-x-y AlO4∶x Ce
3+, y Tb
3+荧光粉,探讨了稀土离子Ce
3+、Tb
3+单掺及共掺对样品发光性能的影响。研究结果表明,合成的样品为四方晶系的纯相。在368 nm光激发下,CaY1-x AlO4∶x Ce
3+发射蓝光,发射峰位于445 nm附近;在246 nm光激发下,CaY1-y AlO4∶y Tb
3+发射绿光,发射峰位于418,440,491,548,589,625 nm附近。在Ce
3+/Tb
3+共掺荧光粉中,Ce
3+的能量可传递给Tb
3+,使Tb
3+的发光增强;当用368 nm或378 nm光激发共掺荧光粉时,Tb
3+呈现强烈的绿光发射。调整Ce
3+与Tb
3+的掺杂浓度可以调整对应的蓝光与绿光的发射强度。
Abstract
CaY1-x-yAlO4∶xCe
3+, yTb
3+ phosphors are synthesized by the sol-gel method. The effects of single-doped Ce
3+ or Tb
3+ rare earth ions and their co-doping on the luminescence properties of the phosphors are discussed. The results show that the synthesized phosphors are pure samples with the tetragonal structure. The CaY1-xAlO4∶xCe
3+ phosphors emit blue light peaking at around 445 nm under an excitation wavelength of 368 nm. The CaY1-yAlO4∶yTb
3+ phosphors emit green light peaking at 418, 440, 491, 548, 589, and 625 nm under an excitation wavelength of 246 nm. In Ce
3+/Tb
3+ co-doped phosphors, the energy transfers from Ce
3+ to Tb
3+, which makes the luminescence of Tb
3+ enhanced. When the Ce
3+ and Tb
3+ co-doped phosphors are under an excitation wavelength of 368 nm or 378 nm, Tb
3+ emits a strong green light. The intensities of blue and green lights can be tuned by adjusting the doping concentrations of Ce
3+ and Tb
3+.
