摘要
讨论了基本的EC器件结构设计、被广泛应用的阴极氧化物材料(WO3)的结构以及改善其性能的一些方法和新型固体电解质材料。最后, 对EC器件的未来发展做了展望。
Abstract
The basic EC device designs, useful oxide materials (tungsten oxide), including its structure and the strategies to improve its EC performance and solid-state electrolyte were discussed. At last, an outlook of EC devices′ development was presented.
