摘要
采用4 kW ROFIN光纤激光器对厚度为0.5 mm的430不锈钢进行拼焊, 利用数码显微镜、光学显微镜、维氏硬度计和万能试验机等设备研究了激光焊接工艺参数对焊缝成型、显微组织和机械性能的影响规律。结果表明, 430不锈钢薄板连续光纤激光焊工艺参数的选择应遵循大离焦、高速度和小功率的规律, 在离焦量、焊接速度和激光功率分别为+10 mm, 4.8 m/min, 1 000 W时可获得焊缝成型良好, 热影响区小、无裂纹和气孔的焊缝, 焊缝抗拉强度优于母材, 杯突试验得出焊接接头塑性为母材的96%。
Abstract
The laser butt welding of 430 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.5 mm was carried out by a 4 kW ROFIN fiber laser. Influences of laser welding parameters on the weld forming, microstructure and mechanical properties of the butt welded seams were investigated by a digital microscope, an optical microscope and a Vickers hardness tester, a universal tensile testing machine. The results show that the continuous fiber laser welding process of 430 stainless steel sheet should be better with large defocusing distance, high welding speed and low laser power. The optimized welding parameters that produced narrow HAZ of joint without crack and pore defect were the defocusing distance of +10 mm, the welding speed of 4.8 m/min and the laser power of 1 000 W. The tensile strength of welded seam was higher than the base metal. According to the cup drawing test, the plasticity of the welding joint was about 96% of the base metal.
