皮秒脉冲激光清洗铝合金工艺试验研究
Experimental Study on Picosecond Pulse Laser Cleaning of Aluminum Alloy
摘要
由于铝合金易自然氧化, 影响焊接质量, 采用波长为1 064 nm, 脉宽为10 ps的皮秒脉冲激光器对5A06铝合金表面氧化膜进行了激光清洗工艺试验, 研究了激光平均功率、光斑重叠率、扫描轨迹重叠率和辅助气体等工艺参数对清洗表面质量的影响规律。结果表明, 当激光平均功率为100 W, 光斑重叠率和扫描轨迹重叠率为40%时, 能够在保证清洗质量的前提下获得最大的清洗效率, 在较低功率清洗时需要较高的重叠率才能达到较好的清洗质量, 在氩气中清洗可以有效避免铝合金表面的二次氧化。
Abstract
Because aluminum alloy is easy to oxidize naturally and affects the quality of welding, a laser cleaning process experiment of surface oxide film on aluminum alloy is carried out with a wavelength of 1 064 nm and a pulse width of 10 ps picosecond pulse laser. The influences of average laser power, spot overlap ratio,scanning path overlap ratio and auxiliary gas on cleaning surface quality are explored. The results show that the maximum cleaning efficiency on the premise of ensuring the cleaning quality can be obtained under the conditions of average laser power 100 W, spot overlap ratio and scanning path overlap ratio are 40%, higher overlap ratio is needed to achieve good cleaning quality when cleaning in lower average laser power, the reoxidation of aluminum alloy surface can be avoided effectively when cleaning in argon.
