高光谱成像技术在果蔬品质检测中的应用
Application of Hyperspectral Imaging Technique in Quality Inspection of Fruits and Vegetables
摘要
高光谱成像技术结合了传统成像和光谱学技术的优点, 可以同时获取反映待测物内外部品质的光谱信息与空间信息, 近年来在果蔬品质无损检测中得到广泛应用。本文从高光谱成像技术的基本原理与其在果蔬品质无损检测中的探索与应用出发, 阐述了高光谱成像技术在该领域的最新研究进展。
Abstract
Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) technology has the advantages of traditional imaging and spectroscopy techniques, it can obtain the spatial and spectral information of the tested objects simultaneously which reflect its external and internal qualities, respectively. In recent years, HSI is widely used in the quality non-destructive testing (NDT) of fruits and vegetable. In this paper, the latest development of HSI technology applied in the quality NDT of fruits and vegetables is presented, which is based on the principle, exploration and application of HSI in this field.
