捷联式红外扫描成像二级稳定技术

摘要
针对传统的红外警戒设备体积大,安装空间受限制,图像稳定效果不好等问题,提出了一种外扫描反射镜加上内反扫振镜的新型结构方式,通过扫描外反射镜的方式来实现光路的扫描,代替整个传感器的扫描运动。重点介绍了在捷联的情况下反射镜角度转换方法和二级稳定成像的实现过程,最后通过实验验证了方案的可行性,实验结果表明:该结构方式正扫描成像与反扫描成像图像基本重合,俯仰稳定精度达到2 mrad以内,可以为新型光电周视成像系统提供技术支撑。
Abstract
In view of large size, limited installation space and the image stabilization of traditional infrared warning device, a new structure of external scanning mirror combined with internal reverse scanning galvanometer is presented. The scanning of optical path is achieved by external scanning mirror instead of scanning motion of the sensor. Then, the mirror angle conversion method and the realizing process of the second-level stabilization in the case of strapdown are introduced. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by experiments. The results show that the positive and negative scanning images coincide basically in this way. The pitch stability accuracy is less than 2 mrad, the scheme can provide technical support for the new photoelectric panoramic imaging system.
