摘要
为提高光栅光谱仪分辨力, 设计了基于球面反射物镜、工作波段范围500~800nm、焦长800mm的非对称式C-T型光栅光谱仪系统, 给出了在消像差条件下系统中元件参数和结构尺寸的计算方法, 运用光学设计软件Zemax对系统进行仿真分析与优化设计, 研制了光谱仪样机。设计和实验结果表明, 系统在工作光谱范围内的理论分辨力优于0.01nm、实际分辨力优于0.04nm, 满足光谱测量需求;整个光学系统具有结构简单、元件数量少、成本低、分辨力高、稳定性好等优点。
Abstract
In order to improve the resolution of grating spectrometer, a Czerny - Turner spectrometer’s optical systems whose working spectral range is 500~800nm, focal length is 800mm and objective lens’ type is spherical surface is designed. The calculating method of various optical elements and system structure parameters under the aberration-free condition of the optical system is given. The ray tracing and optimization design of the system are done by using the optical design software Zemax, and a spectrometer is developed. The theoretical and experimental results show that the theoretical resolution of the system in 500 ~ 800 nm spectral range is within 0.01nm, and the practical resolution is within 0.04nm, which reach the request of spectral measurement. The whole optical system has a simple structure, less number of components, low cost, high resolution, and good stability, etc.
