小波变换在石英摆片刚度特性测量中的应用
Application of Wavelet Transform in Rigidity Characteristic Measurement of Quartz Reed
摘要
刚度是判断石英摆片质量的关键指标, 而石英摆片的振动特性是体现其刚度的重要参数。针对激光三角法石英摆片刚度测量中, 对信号进行精确频率估计之前需将信号不同成分分离的问题, 采用小波变换为分析工具, 实现自振信号和扭振信号的分离。实验结果证明, 在石英摆片刚度特性测量中, 该方法是一种有效的分析工具。
Abstract
Rigidity is a key index to the quality of quartz reed, and the vibration characteristic of the quartz reed is a key parameter reflecting its rigidity. For the different component separation problem of signal before executing precise frequency estimation in rigidity measurement of quartz reed with laser triangulation, the wavelet transform is used as a profiling tool to implement the separation of free vibration signal and reverse vibration signal. Experimental results show that it is an effective method in the rigidity measurement of quartz reed.
