机器人速度超差对激光熔覆层宏观形貌的影响

摘要
在同轴送粉的激光熔覆工艺中, 研究了激光功率和扫描速度对宏观形貌的影响规律。发现随着扫描速度的增大, 熔覆道初始段出现高度不均现象。使用加速度传感器对激光熔覆轨迹的振动进行测试, 提取加速度信号, 再通过数值积分获得振动速度。对速度图像进行分析, 发现机器人的初始速度大于设定速度, 速度超差导致熔覆层的高度不均。针对此现象提出解决方法, 在速度匀速区进行熔覆, 并实际验证了本方法的有效性。
Abstract
In the laser cladding process of coaxial powder feeding, the influence of laser power and scanning speed on the macroscopic morphology was studied. It was found that with the increase of the scanning speed, the height uneven occurred at the initial section of the cladding layer. An acceleration sensor was used to test the vibration of the laser cladding track. The acceleration signal was extraced, and the vibration speed was obtained by numerical integration. The speed images were analyzed, and it was found that the initial speed of the robot was greater than the set speed, and the speed difference exceeded the height uneven of cladding layer. A solution to this problem was proposed, cladding was performed at a uniform speed zone, and the effectiveness of the method was actually verified.
