色温可调式汽车RGB激光模组的研究与设计

摘要
为了使得汽车前照灯的色温和亮度可变, 在各种恶劣气候条件下都能达到最佳照明效果, 研究并设计了一种色温可调式汽车RGB激光模组, 着重说明了其色温计算模型, 介绍了其驱动控制模块、散热模块和光学模块, 对比了RGB三色激光之间光效大小, 建立了光通量与电流的函数关系, 并对RGB激光模组进行色温控制实验验证和光分布扫描。结果表明, RGB激光模组的色温的控制误差小于5%, 且其光分布可满足GB-25991要求。
Abstract
In order to make the color temperature and brightness of the automotive headlamp variable, the best lighting effects can be achieved under various adverse weather conditions, a kind of RGB laser module with adjustable color temperature is studied and designed. The calculation model of color temperature is emphatically described, and the driving control module, cooling module and optical module are introduced. The effect of light intensity between RGB three-color lasers is compared, and the function relationship between luminous flux and current is established, the experimental verification and light distribution scanning of RGB laser module are carried out. The results show that the control error of the color temperature of the RGB laser module is less than 5%, and its light distribution can meet the requirements of GB-25991.
