修饰有Ag纳米颗粒的SiO2纳米线的制备及其拉曼增强效应研究

摘要
以天然矿物纤蛇纹石为原料,通过酸浸与物理化学分散的方法制备出了形貌较为均匀,纯度高且分散性好的SiO2纳米线。利用硼氢化钠(NaBH4)和柠檬酸钠(C6H5Na3O7)做双还原剂将高度分散的Ag纳米颗粒修饰在SiO2纳米线表面。用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外吸收光谱仪和拉曼光谱仪对SiO2@Ag纳米复合材料进行表征,并研究以SiO2@Ag纳米复合材料为基底的表面增强拉曼效应。结果表明,SiO2@Ag纳米复合材料具有极强的表面拉曼增强效应,并且当SiO2@Ag纳米复合材料中Ag纳米颗粒溶液体积为2 mL时,其增强效果最好。
Abstract
The natural mineral chrysotile as raw material,through uniform morphology,through physical and chemical dispersion method and acid leaching process to make high purity,good dispersion of SiO2 nanowires.Using sodium borohydride (NaBH4) and sodium citrate(C6H5Na3O7) double reducing agent of highly dispersed Ag NPs modified on the surface of SiO2 nanowires.SiO2@Ag nano composite is characteried by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV absorption spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy,and study on SiO2@Ag nanocomposites materials for the surface-enhanced Raman effect. It is clear that the SiO2@Ag nanocomposite has a very strong surface Raman enhancement effect,and the enhancement effect is best when the volume of Ag nanoparticles in the SiO2@Ag nanocomposites is 2 mL.
