CCD摄像法测量激光近场光斑能量的研究

摘要
CCD摄像法测量激光进场光斑能量分布和能量值, 伪彩色技术处理获取的光斑图像, 使其能量分布可视化, 便于观察和评价光斑质量;测量漫反射板开孔位置处的能量值并结合光斑图像的灰度值分布规律, 计算得到光斑的总能量。实验和计算结果表明:CCD摄像法具有较好的准确性和实用性, 在激光光斑测量方面具有重要的应用价值。
Abstract
Measurement of laser spot energy distribution and its energy calculation by CCD photograph law were studied, and the spot image was processed by pseudo-color technology to make its energy distribution visual, which was convenient for observing and evaluating its quality, etc. The energy of the spot traversing the circular hole on the diffuse plate was measured and regularities of gray value distribution of the spot image were analyzed to calculate its total energy. The experiment and its results show that CCD photograph law is an accurate and practical method for measuring the laser spot, which has important application value in laser spot measurement.
