摘要
旨在解决生物活性骨骼应变检测难题,研究了激光散斑干涉应变检测原理及关键技术。通过分析影响生物活性骨骼散斑干涉稳定成像的因素,提出了一种基于磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)介质环境下激光散斑干涉成像的新方法。采用散斑图像局部空间衬比度算法,对空气介质和液体介质激光散斑的稳定性进行了对比及评估。同时,为了验证所提出应变检测方法的有效性,设计了实验装置,并采用生物活性骨骼样本对所提出方法进行了应变检测实验,验证了所提出方法的有效性。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of the strain detection for bioactive bone, the principle and key technology of laser speckle interferometry strain detection are studied. By analyzing the factors affecting the stability of speckle interferometry for bioactive skeleton, a new method of laser speckle interferometry in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) medium environment is proposed. The stability of laser speckle in air and liquid media is compared and evaluated by using the local spatial contrast algorithm of speckle image. At the same time, in order to verify the validity of the proposed strain detection method, an experimental device is designed, and the strain detection experiments are carried out by using bioactive bone samples, in which the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
