激光增材制造技术在民机复杂结构上的应用及研究

摘要
随着先进民机对低成本、高经济性的追求,整体性和复杂性的民机结构件越来越多,其制造难度也逐步在挑战传统航空制造工艺。激光增材制造技术是通过激光能量将金属粉末熔化沉积来形成零件结构的一种先进数字化制造工艺,其解决了民机复杂结构的制造,促进了复杂轻量化结构的设计。通过分析激光增材制造技术在民机复杂结构上的应用及验证研究,对降低民机生产成本,提高复杂零件加工效率,增强民机制造能力具有重要意义。
Abstract
With the pursuit of advanced civil aircraft for low cost and high economy, more and more civil aircraft structures are integrated and complex, and the difficulty of manufacturing is gradually challenging the traditional aeronautical manufacturing process. Laser additive manufacturing technology is an advanced digital manufacturing process of forming a part structure by melting and depositing metal powder by laser energy. It solves the manufacture of complex structures of civil aircraft and promotes the design of complex lightweight structures. By analyzing the application and verification research of laser additive manufacturing technology in the complex structure of civil aircraft, it is of great significance to reduce the production cost of civil aircraft, improves the processing efficiency of complex parts and enhances the manufacturing capacity of civil aircraft.
