不同波长微激光对皮肤紧致的效果评价及影响

摘要
目的: 观察不同波长微激光对人体皮肤紧致的调理效果以及联合化妆品对人体皮肤的调理作用。方法: 将60名符合条件的志愿者随机编号,按照单双号分为①组和②组。①组: 采用美国Tanda luxe型红光嫩肤仪,659 nm,109 mW/cm2。②组: 美国Baby quasar MD plus型红光嫩肤仪,635 nm,78 mW/cm2。照射区域为左右侧眼角,右侧眼角先用试剂涂抹15 min,左侧眼角什么都不涂,然后左右侧眼角同时照射红光3 min,隔天照射1次,每周3次,持续8周。以皮肤弹性及胶原纤维水平、皮肤皱纹水平为评价指标,治疗前后应用皮肤分析系统及数码相机拍摄的照片对评价指标进行比较分析,得到它们的量化值。结果: 光照1个月后,①组右眼角区域(联合处理组)的弹性水平有显著提高,其他组变化不明显。受试1个月后,各处理组的胶原水平均有极明显的提升。经过2个月的光照或联合处理,所有试验组志愿者皮肤的弹性水平、胶原水平较试验前均有极为明显地提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论: 所选择的两种红光光源(659 nm,109 mW/cm2和635 nm,78 mW/cm2)都具有很好的皮肤紧致效果。两种红光光源引起的皮肤紧致效果间无显著差异,且光照与紧致护肤品联合使用比单一光照具有更好的紧致效果,这种联合效应在659 nm的红光光源上表现得更为明显。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the conditioning effect of different wavelengths of micro-laser combined with cosmetics on human skin. Methods: 60 eligible volunteers were randomly numbered and divided into two groups according to single and double numbers. The first group was used American Tanda luxe red skin rejuvenation instrument with a wavelength of 659 nm and an energy of 109 mW/cm2, and the second groups used American Baby quasar MD plus red skin rejuvenation instrument with a wavelength of 635 nm and energy of 78 mW/cm2. The irradiation area is the bilateral eye corners, the right eye corner is first applied with the reagent for 15 minutes, the left eye corner is not coated, and then the left and right side corners are simultaneously irradiated with red light for 3 min, and irradiated once every other day, 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Quantitative analysis of skin elasticity, collagen fiber level and skin wrinkle level before and after treatment by using skin analysis system and photos. Results: After 1 month of illumination, the elasticity levels of the first group for the right eye corner area (joint treatment group) was significantly improved, and the other groups did not change significantly. After 1 month, the collagen levels of each treatment group were significantly improved. After 2 months of light or combined treatment, the elasticity level and collagen level of all volunteers were significantly higher than those before the test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Two red light sources selected (659 nm, 109 mW/cm2 and 635 nm, 78 mW/cm2) have good skin compactness effects. There is no significant difference between the skin firming effects caused by the two red light sources and the combination of light and compact skin care products has a better firming effect than single light. This combined effect is more effective on the 659 nm red light source.
