拓扑超导中的Majorana费米子约瑟夫振荡模型
A Josephson Oscillation Model of Majorana Fermions in the Topological Superconductors
摘要
构造一个简易的模型描述拓扑超导相中Majorana 费米子的约瑟夫振荡,与平庸相中的约瑟夫振荡相比,周期增大一倍.其本质的原因是由于拓扑超导相中发生量子隧穿的Majorana 费米子对的电量为e,而平庸相中量子隧穿的库珀对的电量为2e。
Abstract
A simple model is constructed to describe the Josephson oscillation of Majorana fermions in topological superconducting phase. Compared with the Josephson oscillation in the trivial superconducting phase, the oscillation periodicity doubles in the topological superconducting phase. The essential reason is that the electric quantity of the Majorana fermions pair of the quantum tunneling in the topological superconducting phase is e, and the electric quantity of Cooper pair of the quantum tunneling in the trivial phase is 2e.
