基于相机阵列的新型牙科三维扫描仪

摘要
为解决传统牙科三维扫描仪扫描中的抖动问题,提出了一种基于相机阵列的新型牙科三维扫描仪。利用多个不同视场的相机可以直接单次照相获取目标的三维信息,避免了扫描过程中抖动带来的影响,提高系统实时性。由于牙齿尺寸较小,所以选择微透镜阵列代替大型相机阵列,在减小系统体积的同时可以更好地保证相机间光轴的平行度。实验结果显示,系统最终实现了单颗牙齿的视差和深度计算。系统结构简单,便于小型化和低成本口内牙齿三维测量设备的研制,进一步推进医学数据的数字化进程。
Abstract
In order to solve the jitter problem in traditional dental 3D scanner, a novel 3D dental scanner based on camera array is proposed. Camera array can obtain three-dimensional information directly by single snapshot, avoiding the influence of jitter during scanning. Moreover, the size of the tooth is small, the micro lens array is selected to replace the camera array, and the parallelism of the optical axis between the cameras can be ensured. The experimental result shows that the system finally realizes the depth and disparity acquisition of a single tooth. Besides, the system is simple in structure, which is preparation for subsequent miniaturization and low cost equipment for 3D measurement of intra-oral teeth and further promotes the digitalization of medical data.
