基于VB设计多级水泵转子动平衡测试系统

摘要
本系统将转子的低速双面动平衡与一阶静力动平衡结合起来, 可实现对多级水泵转子快速、高效的动平衡。首先通过下位机对振动信号的采集, 其次将采集信号传送到上位机, 最后利用Visual Basic 软件, 根据新算法编译程序对采集信号处理、计算出影响系数, 继而测试出不平衡量值及相角。
Abstract
Low-speed two-sided dynamic balancing and the first order static dynamic balancing are combined in the system, which can realize fast and high efficient dynamic balancing of the multi-stage pump rotor. At first, the acquisition of vibration signals is completed by a dual-channel dynamic balancing machine. And then, the acquisition signals are transmitted to the host computer. At last, based on the new algorithm compiling, the acquisition signals are processed using Visual Basic software to calculate the influence coefficients, and then the imbalance value and the phase angle are tested.
